The benefits of membership of the Association are considerable and varied, as a member you will benefit from the following.

  • The experience knowledge and dedication of an Executive Committee made up of serving and retired PTI’s and PEdO’s who manage and develop the Association for the benefit of its members.
  • An area representative who will keep in contact and engage with you and other members in the nine Identified membership geographical areas.
  • A unique numbered membership certificate depicting the historical 1923 and current PTI trade arm badge designs.
  • A regular copy of the coveted Association newsletter ‘The Badge’ (to which all members are encouraged to contribute).
  • Access to a selection of unique quality RAF PTI memorabilia at very reasonable prices.
  • The availability of a Welfare Officer and Members Representative for support when things are not so good.
  • Invitation to the popular annual reunion where various events are followed by a quality three course dinner, many members use this event as a course reunion.

  • A personal invitation to attend the Association’s annual general meeting, usually held in conjunction with the annual reunion, and be involved with the way the Association develops and operates.
